We Understand buying the correct sizes online can be tricky sometimes ( especially for kids ). We are completely happy to exchange your product if it does not fit. If You are unhappy with a product you have purchased or you think the item/s you have received are faulty, you can return any full price item within 28 days of purchase for exchange or refund.

Are Your Product Eligible For A Return?

The Item You Return Must:

  • Be In Its Original Condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, tags attached
  • Must Be Returned Within 28 Days Of Placing The Order
  • Note: Customers who received a product(s) with a manufacturing fault or received the incorrect product are entitled to a full refund and free return delivery.

Are Returns Covered By Flaire Kids?

Flaire Kids does not cover the cost of return shipping, so we do recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.

What Happens Next?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification letting you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / exchange .If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Please Note that the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded. If you used a code to be eligible for discount, the terms of this code may affect the total refunded amount.

Any sale items are not eligible for a refund, however you can opt to exchange the goods in certain circumstances unless sale is final. If the exchanged item is for a garment of more value you will need to pay the difference and if you exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference. Please Note that all sample sales are final and no exchanges or refunds can be given on these particular items.
